Designed and furnished by Ligne Roset, one of the world's leaders in luxury contemporary furniture design, Apiary is at once sleek and inviting, rendered by a delicate balance of organic materials, boldly colored textiles, light fixtures and clean, modern lines. The deep ebony wood that shapes the character of the room is offset by the wine-hued upholstery on the geometric Luca chairs, designed by Jean-Phillip Nuel. Barrel-shaped chrome lights, featuring a laser-cut silhouette of an ancestral chandelier, hover purposefully over banquette tables and cast an ambient glow. The stunning snake-shaped reading light, designed by Swann Bourotte, is an artistic beacon in the front window of Apiary. Ligne Roset has combined the austerity of contemporary design with the right balance of warmth, creating a space that longs to be returned to time and time again.

Jenny Moon has enviable initiative and an unyielding passion for the restaurant business. A graduate of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University and former risk arbitrage analyst, Moon left Wall Street behind for the interpersonal and creative energy that the hospitality industry fosters. The valuable knowledge of the industry she gained of the industry through working at Daniel, Tabla and Eighty One, prepared her for opening Apiary.

"We created Apiary to be a stylish, neighborhood spot with a fun vibe that serves great seasonal American food you can eat again and again. We look forward to catering to the village's casual-sophistication and becoming part of the fabric of the neighborhood," says Moon.

The beverage program at Apiary is under the direction of Brett Feore, whose credits include Beverage Director of BLT Steak at their flagship property in New York City with Chef Laurent Tourondel, where he established his standard of fine beverage service.

His well-honed sensibilities inspired him to take some calculated risks to create the over 300 well-rounded and approachable global selection wine list at Apiary. Guests can also look forward to sampling one or more of our designer flights of wine offered nightly. Feore is always available to create a flight of wine hand tailored to fit ones meal.
