Jenny Moon has enviable initiative and an unyielding passion for the restaurant business. A graduate of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University and former risk arbitrage analyst, Moon left Wall Street behind for the interpersonal and creative energy that the hospitality industry fosters. The valuable knowledge of the industry she gained of the industry through working at Daniel, Tabla and Eighty One, prepared her for opening Apiary.
"We created Apiary to be a stylish, neighborhood spot with a fun vibe that serves great seasonal American food you can eat again and again. We look forward to catering to the village's casual-sophistication and becoming part of the fabric of the neighborhood," says Moon.
The beverage program at Apiary is under the direction of Brett Feore, whose credits include Beverage Director of BLT Steak at their flagship property in New York City with Chef Laurent Tourondel, where he established his standard of fine beverage service.
His well-honed sensibilities inspired him to take some calculated risks to create the over 300 well-rounded and approachable global selection wine list at Apiary. Guests can also look forward to sampling one or more of our designer flights of wine offered nightly. Feore is always available to create a flight of wine hand tailored to fit ones meal.
